What Mind the Fare will never do
We do not change or cancel your ticket. Mind the Fare is a monitoring service. It never touches your reservation, never rebooks you, and never contacts the airline on your behalf. If a fare drops, we tell you — acting on it is entirely your decision.
We do not promise you a refund. Whether a lower fare can be turned into a credit depends on your ticket type and the airline’s current rules, which we cannot see. So we say potential savings, never money you are owed.
We do not compare unlike fares. A cheaper Basic Economy seat is not your Main Cabin ticket getting cheaper. We only compare the same flight, in the same cabin, on the same day — and if we cannot find a fair comparison, we tell you that instead of inventing one.
We do not keep what we do not need. A confirmation code is optional. If you give us one, it is encrypted before it is stored. We never store payment cards or passenger documents.
